11:00PM - BETTER JOY
The Sesh x Under the Influence Present
Better Joy, the alternative-pop band created and led by Bria Keely, is a deft fusion of classic and contemporary influences, boldly celebrating the tensions between opposing states. Introversion and extroversion, complexity and simplicity, the literal and the metaphorical are all polarities put under the microscope on her forthcoming single ‘Hard To Love’. And it’s more than just a heady introduction to the band’s Manchester-based front woman – it’s a compelling addition to the rich musical legacy of the north-west of England

10:00PM - LUCKY IRIS
Lucky Iris are Leeds based alt-pop duo, made up of Maeve and Jasper. Making infectious multi-faceted soundscapes that blend melodic hooks with alternative electronics and rich musicality, the duo make music to dance or cry to as they tread through lessons learnt in love and friendships. Since forming in lockdown, the pair have rapidly gained momentum, receiving taste maker press (Earmilk, God Is In The TV, and more), radio plays from BBC Radio 1, Radio X, BBC 6 Music, BBC Introducing Live Sessions and support from Amazing Radio, as well as landing a number of Spotify/Apple Music editorial playlists, the Premier League Official and Soccer AM playlists.

9:00PM - EVIE BARRAND
Evie Barrand is an up-and-coming singer-songwriter from Market Weighton in the East Riding of Yorkshire. She began singing and playing guitar at the tender age of eight, and started to write her own music when she was just fourteen, finding it the best way to express her feelings. Having started making demos of her songs in 2016, she has now released her debut “Summer’s Warm”, which was released on 20th January 2018.

Evie’s music is heavily influenced by the 90’s/noughties UK indie scene, particularly bands like Travis and Keane, and she has been praised on Twitter by both Fran Healy (Travis) and Tom Chaplin (Keane) for her covers of their songs
