QUEER DJ NIGHT!

On the day after Trans Day of Remembrance, after mourning our community’s losses, in the dark season towards the end of a difficult year, escape for one night and join us in celebration of our queerness. Here, love between men, between women, towards non-binary genders, are things of beauty. Here, transness is recognised as sacred. Here, queer friendship is the strength that makes everything possible. 

From 9pm, dance under the spell of four DJs who are casting their magic to lift us to the heavens. Connect with others in the quieter room, within the shadows of ancient darkness. Step outside to take a break under the night sky in the last breaths of Autumn. Dress up in whatever makes you feel at your most embodied. Costumes are encouraged and we will host a costume walk for willing participants who want to showcase their godly selves. 

The profit from ticket sales will be split between paying the performers and fundraising for the trans community. Tickets are priced at £10 as standard, £5 for those who are low income and £20 for those who can pay in solidarity with those who can’t. More fundraising awaits inside, including a raffle of experiences and [a stall from Black Lodge Press]. Transcend the woes of the mortal world on the 21st November. All of us are Deities, Goddesses and Gods and on this night you will bask in your own divinity!
